In today’s world, many leaders get that people aren’t just buying things. They’re buying into things. Customers and employees need to know why your company, specifically, should exist in this world. But, too often, leaders are either struggling to give a bigger why for their company or the why they’re giving doesn’t pass muster. The result? Companies get caught in social media blunders, accused of inauthenticity, and lose customer and employee relevance in the process.

Purpose is not just a tagline or mission statement but a core principle driving the organization’s decision and actions, and building a purpose-driven company is an ongoing journey, not a one-time destination. Companies that prioritize purpose beyond mere profit, outperform their peers in various aspects, including attracting and retaining talent, fostering innovation, and building strong customer relationships.

So, what is the difference between a company that is purpose-talking versus purpose-driven? It’s not a theoretical question.

Join this Virtual Gathering with Conscious Capitalism partner Jump Associate's Colleen Murray who will share the five key factors that set purpose-driven companies apart and best practices from household brands who are leading the way in purpose-driven capitalism. Participants will have the opportunity to complete Jump Associate’s Purpose-Driven Scorecard, which will help you assess where your company is in your conscious journey and chart a concrete, consistent, and measurable framework to become more purpose-driven.
