In her current role she is embedding the learnings of remote working through the pandemic to create a set of flexible working practices that will step change the associate experience and business results for years to come. She also drives an inclusion and diversity intervention within our over supply chain in partnership with the Global Supply and Global Inclusion & Diversity teams to step change the number of diverse leaders in our global supply teams.
Nici combines the delivery of lasting results with a passion for connecting with people, consumers, and Associates. Nici’s career at Mars spans nearly three decades, multiple business areas and numerous countries. She has led both small & large teams, as well as managing significant change processes. Her talent for operations and supply chain management led her to roles of increasing responsibility including nine years on the Global Chocolate Leadership Team, serving first as VP of Supply and then R&D. As Global head of R&D she focused on Health and Wellbeing for the chocolate segment – driving a focus on small portion sizes, transparent front-of-pack labelling and consumer messaging that chocolate is a treat. She’s overseen major Mars initiatives in new product innovation, reformulation, nutrition labeling, and public policy advocacy.
