Jen Bowden IGS Energy, Vice President, Brand & Social Impact

Jen Bowden has nearly two decades of experience leading transformational initiatives across a variety of industries. She currently leads marketing and social impact for IGS Energy, where she was instrumental in the organization’s recent brand evolution and sustainability efforts. She created the organization’s social impact team in 2014 and since has led organizational initiatives in innovation, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability, spearheading the organization’s

commitment to be carbon neutral by 2040.

Before joining IGS Energy, Jen was the vice president of community relations for the Columbus Blue Jackets, Columbus’ professional hockey team. There, she served as the franchise’s first female executive. She also held roles as the director of corporate and government relations for Mid-Ohio Foodbank, where she led the organization’s $16.2 million capital campaign.

She’s been recognized as a member of the 2015 class of Leadership Columbus and the 2015 Forty Under 40 class. She is a founding board member of the Columbus Chapter of Conscious Capitalism and currently serves as the organization’s Vice Chair. She’s a leader in Columbus’ social enterprise community, serving as a judge for the annual GiveBackHack and SEA Change Columbus investment competitions since 2016. Passionate about equality and social justice, she’s a volunteer and past chair for the HRC Columbus Gala, and she regularly serves as a roster judge on election day. She lives in Upper Arlington with her husband, Josh Flynn, and daughter, Parker.


Haley Boehning Storyforge, Co-founder

Haley Boehning is co-founder of Storyforge, where she helps ambitious leaders achieve the clarity and alignment necessary to get everyone – and everything – in their business on the same page, so they can realize their vision and have the impact they desire. Prior to Storyforge, Haley spent 16 years with L Brands (NYSE: LB), most recently as vice president of internal communications, directly supporting the company’s founder/CEO in strategic, leadership and internal communications. Haley was named a 2020 Future 50 Leader by Columbus CEO Magazine, is chair of Conscious Capitalism Columbus and a founding member of The Matriots, Ohio’s first PAC dedicated to electing more women to public office.
