As Conscious Leaders, sometimes we may ask ourselves, “Why isn’t every company part of the Conscious Capitalism movement?"

From acronyms such as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) to the day-to-day overwhelm of leading a business that often unleashes the “Someday…” response, perhaps one of the reasons some businesses avert their conscious journeys is because it can be confusing.

But what if it wasn’t complex? What if it was not about the power of “big” initiatives or policies, but instead about the huge power of small, everyday actions? What if we could ensure that every action, big or small, in every business made a positive difference in our world?

That’s precisely the question that led Masami Sato to create the global-giving initiative and social enterprise, B1G1 (Buy1GIVE1), that has helped businesses around the world generate more than 337 million giving impacts globally.

In this Virtual Gathering, Masami Sata, CEO and Founder of B1G1, and Miren Oca, Conscious Capitalism community member and CEO of the B Corp Certified Ocaquatics Swim School, will share how each of their journeys led them to use business to elevate humanity, how B1G1 works, and how your business, and your customer’s everyday actions, can create truly sustainable impact through social contributions, drawing inspiration from nature.
