How do you know if you’re successfully fulfilling the promises of your company’s Higher Purpose? Do the products and services you provide make a difference in the lives of your stakeholders?

Just as Key Performance Indicators track and measure business outcomes over time, the same approach should be applied to gauging the purpose and impact of your conscious business. By developing Key Purpose Indicators to track fulfillment of purpose alongside conventional Key Performance Indicators, leading companies have cracked the code for measuring what makes business meaningful purpose and what makes business possible performance.

Join us for a Virtual Gathering with First United Bank’s Haley Rushing, Board Member, and Melissa Perrin, Chief Culture Officer, for an engaging conversation that explores how we can hold ourselves accountable for elevating humanity through business. They will share best practices for developing Key Purpose Indicators which help measure and track fulfillment of purpose, and dive into how Key Purpose Indicators can inform business decisions to achieve maximum impact, highlighting how tracking both purpose and performance can take your business to the next level. This Virtual Gathering will inspire and empower you and your business to spend life wisely.
