She left her last corporate role as president of accessories for Polo Ralph Lauren and joined forces with two other female C-Suite executives to create WHYZ Partners. WHYZ is a global retail consumer goods consultancy that is committed to helping the next generation of consumer goods brands - under the purpose of promoting the ideals of financially and socially responsible business practices. And most recently, Laura is the author of a children's book The ABCs of Conscious Capitalism for Kids, available from Conscious Capitalism Press.

She held leadership roles as the Chief Design Officer for Guess?, notably serving for 13+ years in executive roles across merchandising and design at Victoria’s Secret, as well as A|X Armani Exchange and Henri Bendel. She is proud to serve as an Advisory Board Member for the Responsible Fashion Organization, Conscious Capitalism LA chapter & Female Founders.
