Fostering a values-driven culture for your current workforce is crucial, but it’s important to also consider how that culture will continue beyond your tenure. An enduring framework that lasts beyond leadership changes and organizational transformation begins with consistent relationship-building, defined core values, and trust.

At Henny Penny, led by CCI Senior Leader Network member Rob Connelly, leaders take a long-view approach to planning for the future, focusing on strengthening relationships as well as taking care of employees, customers, and their community. At this virtual gathering, Rob will offer considerations for leaders to future-proof their core values, how being an employee-owned company has impacted culture at Henny Penny, and ways to build and maintain trust at work.
