Fortunat Mueller President and Co-Founder - ReVision Energy

Fortunat Mueller is President and co-founder of ReVision Energy, northern New England’s leading renewable energy developer and installation contractor. He received a Masters Degree in Mechanical engineering from Brown University with a concentration in thermodynamics and fluid mechanics and is a licensed Professional Engineer in ME and NH. Fortunat also serves on the board of directors of NESEA (North East Sustainable Energy Association) and is a Captain on the North Yarmouth Volunteer Fire Department. ReVision Energy is a 100% employee owned, certified B Corp dedicated to the professional design, installation and service of renewable energy systems and has offices in, Liberty, Portland, ME; Brentwood, Enfield, NH, and North Andover, MA. ReVision develops, builds, operates and maintains solar systems ranging from residential rooftop projects, to Community shared solar farms, to large utility scale solar projects. In addition to solar, ReVision also designs and installs energy storage, heat pumps and electric vehicle charging infrastructure to accelerate the strategic beneficial electrification of New England’s economy.


Alex Moss Founder and President of Praxis Consulting Group, Inc.

Alex Moss, MPPM, is a founder and president of Praxis Consulting Group, Inc., where he advises employee owned, nonprofit, and mission-driven corporate clients in fully engaging employees to drive organizational performance. His expertise includes ownership culture, strategy, governance, leadership, and workforce education and engagement, and he is a frequent speaker and author on these matters.

Alex currently serves as a Trustee of the Employee Ownership Foundation. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Employee Ownership, and of both the Board of Directors and the Board of Governors of The ESOP Association. He has chaired The ESOP Association’s professional advisory committees on Fiduciary Issues and on Ownership Culture, and he has served the employee ownership community in numerous other capacities.

Alex is current Board Member of two ESOP firms, he has served on the boards of a number of cooperative and non-profit community organizations, and he previously managed the social enterprise initiatives of a non-profit community organization. He holds a master’s degree in public and private management from the Yale School of Management and an AB from Brown University.


Jim Van Fleet Retired CEO Mainely Tubs

Jim is the recently retired CEO of Mainely Tubs, northern New England’s largest hot tub, sauna, and swim spa retailer, where he currently chairs the BOD. Jim entered the hot tub industry in 1993 with a small store on Marginal Way in Portland, ME. Mainely Tubs, now with retail locations in Scarborough, ME and Rye and Bedford, NH, has continued to be the largest volume store/retailer in the world for the largest hot tub manufacturer for over 15 years. Jim converted Mainely Tubs to 100% employee owned company in 2016. Since ESOP inception Mainely Tubs stock has outperformed Apple by more than 4 times, proving yet again the value of team engagement.

Jim received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University, and a Masters in Business Administration from UNH. Jim serves as Treasurer of the Board of the Recompense Foundation, and is the past Treasurer/President of several Chebeague Island and Yarmouth organizations. Jim golfs, sails and travels with regularity to dote over 4 grandchildren.

Before Mainely Tubs, Jim worked in banking, land conservation, marketing and finance organizations.


Erika Gabrielsen Neumann Facilitator

Erika is an entrepreneur who believes in the transformational power of transparency. She is dedicated to conscious capitialism because it aligns with her vision that innovation and purpose-driven invention knows no sector boundaries. Erika consults with companies, organizations and individuals on multistakeholder initiatives and collaborations that collapse of the silos between business, government, nonprofits and philanthropy. Erika has held leadership roles in tech, biotech, academia, government and philanthrophy from Silicon Valley, Capitol Hill, the New York metropolitan area to her new home, the great state of Maine. Erika is founder of The EGGroup, a strategic communications consulting firm based from Chebeague Island, and The Infinite Kindness Project.
