She is co-founder of the Conscious Capitalism, Portland, Maine chapter and the founder and CEO of Mindful Employer. She works with founders and CEOs on their conscious journey, providing leaders with collaborative circles for sharing and growth, and supporting companies with tools to facilitate stakeholder relationship-building and evolution.

David is the founder of Gamechange LLC and has been developing content and brand initiatives for innovative companies and non-profit groups looking to engage audiences and achieve key objectives for more than 20 years. He works with both strategy and digital transformation team leaders, primarily in emerging tech and B2B companies. Previously, he was a business reporter with Reuters, The New York Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer, and has taught news reporting at Emerson College and Boston University.
