The general public is more mindful about purchasing habits than ever before. Businesses' values are becoming as big a factor in consumers' decision-making as price and quality; people want to know who they're buying from and what the companies' values are.

Amanda Kathryn Hydro will share a four-part growth formula to lead with values in a society that is asking business to speak up and act on hot-button issues. She will share actionable takeaways to revitalize your team and blaze a path for all stakeholders to make meaningful contributions toward your Higher Purpose.
