Mindful and Conscious Leadership in Action
Join Portland, Maine Conscious Capitalism Chapter's co-founder Elizabeth Ross Holmstrom, CEO of Mindful Employer and Lisa Whited, CTO, Workplace Transformation Facilitation (WTF), in this interactive presentation and discussion on mindful and conscious leadership.
Conscious leadership is foundational in building a conscious business or organization, and the willingness of the leader to embody this work is paramount to success. Raj Sisodia, a founder in the global Conscious Capitalism movement, has devoted much of his work to highlighting and tracking success of modern conscious business leaders.
We will share stories from the field -- when conscious leadership was clearly absent and when it has served to unify in the unlikeliest of situations. Through storytelling, you will leave with a better understanding of what it means to be a conscious leader and be inspired to adopt or enhance conscious practices in your work.
