Simon Mainwaring
Founder and CEO, We First 

Simon Mainwaring is the founder and CEO of We First, a strategic consultancy that accelerates growth and impact for purpose-driven brands. He’s a member of the Advisory Board of CCLA, the Steering Committee of Sustainable Brands, The Forbes Business Council, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in London. He was a Jury Member at the Cannes Lions Festival for the Sustainable Development Goals in 2021 and his company, We First, was included in Real Leaders list for the Top 100 Impact Companies in the US for 2021. Simon’s first book, We First is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Amazon bestseller. He was named by Real Leaders as one of the Top 50 Keynote Speakers in the World in 2020 and has been featured on the cover of the National Speaker’s Magazine. Prior to starting We First Simon spent 15 years as an award-winning writer, Creative Director, and Worldwide Creative Director at many of the world’s top creative advertising agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Wieden & Kennedy, and Ogilvy receiving international awards at all major advertising festivals. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters.

Jordan Howard
President, ShftSpace

She is a storyteller and entrepreneur. After 15 years as the Next-Gen Whisperer and Social Good Strategist, Jordan Howard founded ShftSpace in January of 2020. Shftspace is focused on co-creation with creators, entrepreneurs, scientists, and makers to create interconnected ecosystems, architecting impact across media, real estate, entertainment, and policy. The intersection of creativity and virtuous innovation. Jordan has led strategies and advised on cultural properties that continue to create engagement verticals for legacy brands, d2c models, grassroot nonprofits, and government entities. Jordan sits on boards advising Worn Again Technologies, The Redford Center, Ten Strands, and Townhall Project. Dell, Warner Bros., Hulu, Planned Parenthood, Ab-InBev, Om Healthcare, Cities United, Microsoft, U.S. State Dept, Casey Family Programs, Binary Fountain, UN Foundation, and more have been partners over the years. Jordan believes systemic change is powered by people at the center, equipped with tools of investment, sustainability, and values for legacy to restore for the next seven generations.

Tom Vozzo
CEO, Homeboy Industries

For much of his career, Thomas Vozzo was a global business executive, using strong execution skills to grow businesses and exceed earnings. His last corporate role was as CEO of the $1.8 billion ARAMARK Uniform and Career Apparel Group. In 2012, Vozzo started serving as the first-ever CEO of Homeboy Industries, the largest and most successful gang rehabilitation and re-entry program in the world. Vozzo, as a non-paid employee, has led the organization forward, bringing his business expertise and vision to implement a strategic and mission-driven development plan for the organization that has resulted in a near tripling the size of the organization and increasing its impact. In 2020 Homeboy was awarded the prestigious Conrad N. Hilton Prize for its humanitarian impact.

Jennifer Schuler
CEO, Wetzel's Pretzels

Jennifer Schuler is the CEO of Wetzel’s Pretzels, a 350-unit chain founded and headquartered in Pasadena, CA with locations across the country including Universal City Walk, Dodgers Stadium, and Disneyworld. In January of 2019, she was appointed as the first female CEO in the company’s 27-year history. Her focus has been on implementing social media programs that have cultivated brand advocates and driven measurable sales, bringing innovation in new products and store design, and seeking out new formats and locations to “bring pretzels to the people.” Jennifer is a California native, an undergraduate of Pomona College in Claremont, CA, and completed her MBA at Stanford Business School.

Laurel Angelica Myers
Co-Founder and COO, Prima

Laurel Angelica Myers is the Co-Founder and COO of Prima, a certified B Corp and leading hemp wellness brand with a growing, holistic portfolio of plant-based skincare, bodycare, and wellness solutions. In its first year, Prima achieved B Corporation certification, became the first EWG Verified CBD brand, is carried at national retailers including Sephora US and Vitamin Shoppe, has over 850 points of distribution, as well as a strong direct-to-consumer business. Laurel is a brand, consumer product, and digital media expert with a passion for mission-driven business that she's been pursuing since she received her degree from Princeton University. Her strategic leadership and operational acumen were fortified at The Honest Company, where she led brand strategy and product development for the organization's first 5 years, developing and launching over 300 SKUs across 6 categories, after which she oversaw the company’s purpose and sustainability efforts.

Brian Thompson
VP of Product, prAna

Brian Thompson has been a leader in the active and outdoor apparel business for over 20 years. He’s been actively engaged in sustainable product creation and factory workplace social responsibility strategy throughout his career. His passion for sustainable product creation has led to market-leading advancements as well as three ISPO Gold Medal awards for product design.  He’s worked directly with factory partners to drive improved working conditions through thoughtful and collaborative approaches. He is currently the VP of Product at prAna and leads product creation, innovation, and sustainability for the San Diego County-based brand.
