Brian L. Fielkow is an accomplished Senior Executive with a 25-year career that includes growing and transforming multimillion-dollar organizations. With a proven history of driving corporate strategy development and execution, best practices, and continuous improvement, he is as much at home building a robust company as he is in creating an impeccable safety culture.

Brian currently serves as CEO of Jetco Delivery (Houston) and EVP/Board member of The GTI Group (Montreal). In 2019, Brian successfully sold Jetco to GTI. Brian’s key leadership roles include culture integration, strategy, marketing & sales, and safety.

Previously, as CEO & Owner of Jetco Delivery, LLC, Brian built the organization into one of the Gulf Coast’s premiere trucking and logistics companies over the course of 13 years. This included leading an executive team and 240 employees to grow the company ten-fold by creating a premium service model that de-commoditized Jetco and differentiated them from competitors in a price-driven industry. Brian’s strategy was based on a strategic focus on building world class company and safety cultures.

Brian is a well-respected speaker, author, and trainer. By providing expertise on building engaged workforces and vibrant safety-focused cultures, he drives others to adopt an “employee-first” philosophy to ensure stellar service and safety outcomes. His speaking engagements include presenting internationally to tens of thousands on the importance of and how to create a healthy culture.

Earlier in his career Brian joined The Peltz Group, Inc. as their Chief Operating Officer and later served as EVP of Waste Management’s recycling subsidiary. Brian launched his career upon obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law. His early career was spent as a Corporate Attorney at Godfrey & Kahn, SC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
