The business world is rife with conflict, from competing stakeholder interests to contentious contracts. The easiest way to resolve a conflict, however, is to prevent it from occurring in the first place. Collaboration and mindful planning can transform contentious issues into sustainable, healthy relationships.

As a seasoned business lawyer, Glenn Meier is a vocal ambassador of relational contracting and collaborative law and his experience across a variety of industries has given him a unique perspective on stakeholder relationships. At this virtual gathering Glenn will join Nathan Havey, Founder of Thrive Consulting Group, to discuss ways to track and maintain alignment with stakeholders, building resilience, and ensuring all parties are involved in the legal decision-making process.
