Elizabeth Lotardo

Elizabeth Lotardo is a consultant, researcher, and co-author of Selling with Noble Purpose: How to Drive Revenue and Do Work that Makes You Proud. As the VP of Services at sales leadership consultancy McLeod & More, Elizabeth leads sales transformation initiatives for clients like Oracle, G Adventures, and Fiserv. She is a popular LinkedInLearning author, and her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and on NPR. With an undergraduate degree in advertising from Boston University and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, Elizabeth has enabled firms to drive employee engagement, competitive differentiation, and ultimately revenue.


Jason Jones

Jason Jones is a communication and sales coach and speaker who is committed to developing sales teams and small business owners to create amazing buying experiences for their clients with adaptive conversations. He started his first business at age 16 which paid for college and set his entrepreneurial mindset. His previous coaching and training company went global in two years and now serves the US, Canada, Australia and the UK.His previous start-up ventures involved communications media and entertainment including a number one rated radio morning show and a talk show on WCCO. Jason is certified by The Royal Roads University. His coaching and training programs focus on the mastery of the sales conversation with emphasis on emotional connection and supporting making a great buying choice.
