Conscious Capitalism Case Study: Anderson Aluminum
Join us to hear about one local company’s journey towards becoming a more conscious business. Taylor Anderson will be sharing the story of Anderson Aluminum, a growing family-owned business that has been helping transform the Columbus skyline by enclosing some of the largest new commercial buildings in their glass curtain walls. Taylor has been a driving force in helping clarify their business’ higher purpose which they refer to as The Anderson Way. She is also spearheading their conscious leadership and culture development initiatives. As an owner and member of the leadership team, as well as the Director of Marketing, she has a keen understanding of the importance of all stakeholders. Come hear the story of their journey so far and be ready to ask any question about the challenges, obstacles, and rewards of taking on the conscious business evolution journey.
Registration is required for this free event. A suggested donation of $10 will be invested in Zora’s House to support programs that provide women of color with the clarity, confidence, and connections they need to amplify their authentic voices; grow and contribute their talents, and powerfully transform their lives, careers, and communities!
