Following each Four Tenet event, Learning Connections bring leaders together for a deeper dive into the principles of Conscious Capitalism: Conscious Leadership, Higher Purpose, Conscious Culture, and Stakeholder Integration. Connection II: Higher Purpose - Moving from Why to How

Join other local leaders for an interactive online experience designed to help define and activate your company's Higher Purpose. 

Engage in 60 minutes of facilitated conversations, hands-on activities, and one-on-one connections for:

• Discovery - Examining why your company and you as a leader exist
• Creation - Crafting a business purpose statement centered on the difference you want to make in the world
• Integration - Forming a plan for integrating this Higher Purpose internally and externally
