Join other local leaders for an interactive online experience designed to help activate and advance your Conscious Leadership journey. 

Engage in 60 minutes of facilitated conversations, hands-on activities, and one-on-one connections for:

• Identifying Strengths - Assess how you perform today as a S.E.L.F.L.E.S.S. leader
• Focusing on Personal Conscious Leadership Development - Pinpoint areas of improvement and why these leadership qualities are important
• Creating an Organizational Leadership Development Plan - Examine how you plan for each leader’s growth on your teams and across departments
